Personalised yoga sessions with PARE Studio founder, Sophie, tailored to your unique body and your individual needs. Sessions can include calming breathwork for grounding, gentle movement for mobility and stability, or restful yin yoga for flexibility, range of motion and mindfulness. Practice in-person at a tranquil studio in South Bristol or online.
Work 1-1 with PARE Studio founder, Sophie, in sessions tailored to your body, your energy levels, and the realities of your day-to-day life. Each practice is shaped around what you need most — whether that’s calming breathwork to settle your nervous system, gentle strengthening to support mobility and stability, or slow, restful yin yoga to improve flexibility, range of motion and mental clarity. Sessions take place in person at a quiet studio in South Bristol or online from your own home.
In-person: £85 (or £350 for block of 5)
Online: £65 (or £275 for block of 5)
What to Expect
Your first session begins with a simple check-in so we can identify what’s currently driving stress, tension or fatigue in your body. From there, I build a practice that works with you rather than pushing you through a fixed routine. Expect clear, straightforward guidance and a calm atmosphere where you don’t need to perform or keep up; you can simply arrive as you are.
You might experience:
Focused breathwork to regulate your nervous system and help you feel more grounded
Slow, mindful movement to ease stiffness and build functional strength
Yin poses held in stillness to release deeper layers of tension
Short guided rest practices to help you switch off more easily
Every session is paced to support wherever you are and whatever you need.
