Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase mobility, improve flexibility or simply carve out time to rest, we adapt the practice accordingly.

What to Expect

Your first session begins with a check-in so we can identify what’s currently driving stress, tension or fatigue in your body. From there, I build a practice that works with you rather than leading you through a fixed routine. Expect clear, straightforward guidance and a calm atmosphere where you don’t need to perform or keep up; you can simply arrive as you are.

Each session may include:

  • Slow, mindful movement for strength and stability

  • Yin yoga for flexibility and deep release

  • Restorative techniques for grounding and nervous system support

  • Yoga nidra to rest and re-energise

  • Optional scent integration for a more sensory experience

Every session is paced to support wherever you are and whatever you need.

Initial questionnaire: A short form to understand your goals, wellbeing needs and preferred practices.

Your bespoke session: We meet online or in person. Your session is shaped around how you feel physically and emotionally that day.

Personal guidance for repeat bookings: After each session, you’ll receive simple practices or suggestions to support you between our meetings (optional).
