This immersive session is designed to regulate your nervous system, soften physical tension and guide you towards a deeply rested state of being.

We begin with a grounding ritual using carefully selected scents to help you land in your body and leave the noise of the day behind. From there, we move into a soothing yin yoga practice - long, supported shapes designed to melt away stress. We close with a deeply restorative guided relaxation, inviting your whole system to soften and release.

Each session is seasonally themed with care; drawing on elemental wisdom and the power of scent to create a sensory experience that lingers long after you leave.
