We are delighted to announce the launch of BSC - a community for fragrance lovers and anyone interested in learning more about the art of perfumery. We will be hosting informative, inspiring and fun experiences, where you will have the opportunity to connect with fellow fragrance enthusiasts, smell incredible perfumes and learn something new, too!
Bristol Scent Club welcomes both seasoned fragrance aficionados and curious souls completely new to the fascinating world of scent - in fact, our passion lies in introducing fragrance to those at the start of their journey. Because, as many of us know, once you fall down the rabbit hole, there’s no going back!
Why Bristol Scent Club?
The idea for Bristol Scent Club came to founder, Sophie Mawby - a life long lover of perfume and industry professional - when she moved from London to Bristol at the end of 2019 and released that, apart from the wonderful Shy Mimosa Perfumery (her favourite place to hang out), there was very little else on offer for people that love and appreciate fragrance. Over the last decade the fragrance scene has exploded in many cities around the world…why is Bristol so far behind? A seed was planted and Sophie became intent on establishing and growing a community for people that want to connect over their shared passion for fragrance and who long to have easier access to workshops, events and meet ups without having to hop on a train. BSC is in its infancy but we know there are plenty of Bristol folk that would love to have more in-person access to the world of scent - join us if you have a nose and like to use it!
