A nurturing monthly gathering at The Wild Box in Bristol inviting you to slow down, pause and reset through scent rituals, yin yoga and guided relaxation.
This immersive sensory experience is designed to regulate your nervous system, soften physical tension and gently guide you back to yourself.
We begin with a grounding scent ritual using carefully selected raw materials to help you land in your body and leave the noise of the day behind. From there, we move into a soothing yin yoga practice - long, supported poses designed to melt away the mental and physical stress you’ve accumulated. We close with a deeply restorative guided relaxation, inviting your whole system to release.
Each session is themed with care; drawing on the seasons, elemental wisdom and the power of scent to create a sensory experience that lingers long after you leave.
