    For anyone who’s had enough of rushing, multitasking and pretending to enjoy being busy, Ground offers a weekly pause from the noise. We blend slow shapes, mindful breathing and the kind of stillness your week forgot to give you; helping you decompress from the everyday and reconnect with the person you are underneath all the ‘doing’.

    Scent, Release & Rest

    A sensory experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself through scent, release and rest. Weaving together anchoring scent rituals, grounding yin yoga and guided relaxation, each session is designed to support your nervous system and guide you into a deeply restful state.

    Ritual to Rest is offered as both a monthly gathering and a personalised experience for a private groups or events.
