This consultation helps you restore equilibrium through powerful practices, your environment and daily rituals, so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

1. Sensory Wellbeing Assessment
A pre-session reflection form to identify where you feel overstimulated or out of balance, helping us tailor the experience to your needs.
2. 90-Minute Consultation (Online or In-Person)
A deeply supportive space to explore your environment, lifestyle, and sensory patterns.
Together we uncover where your nervous system may be working too hard and where small, intentional changes can create the greatest shift.
Using a sensory mapping technique, we’ll explore:
Environments that deplete or restore you
The role of scent, light, sound, and texture in your wellbeing
Simple sensory rituals to support rest, clarity, and focus
Ways to design your surroundings for greater ease
You’ll receive a personalised Sensory Wellbeing Plan, summarising insights and practical recommendations to integrate at home and/or work.
3. 30-Minute Follow-Up Call
Two weeks later, we reconnect to reflect, refine, and support your ongoing journey.
